We are still providing service during the COVID-19 outbreak and will be taking precautions to keep everyone safe.

What we are doing:

We apologize that during such a sensitive time we have to discuss logistics of the visit, but this is to ensure that we keep ourselves and your family safe and healthy.

We will not come to your home if we have had any signs of illness in the last 14 days, been exposed to a known COVID-19 person, or tested positive ourselves. Please respect our safety and notify us if you have any illness or have been exposed to the coronavirus.

Personal protective equipment will be worn.  Anyone that is present must wear a proper fitting mask.

An outdoor space such as a yard, patio, deck, or porch is highly encouraged to maximize airflow and reduce exposure.  If one is not available or you feel that you or your pet are unable to be comfortable in an outdoor setting, we ask that all windows and doors be opened an hour prior to appointment to increase ventilation through your home.  Please choose a large room near to a doorway or window.

If families would like to be within 6ft distance during the appointment, masks must be properly covering your nose and mouth at all times.  We understand that this makes it difficult to kiss your pet or you may be concerned that they can’t see or smell you.  Once the sedative injection is administered, we will step outside while they are relaxing and you can remove your mask at that point.  We will also give you private visitation time once they’ve passed.

Please feel free to voice any concerns you may have. We are happy to do what we can to ensure a comfortable and peaceful process.
