During this 30 minute conversation, Dr. Au will listen to your concerns and answer your questions. She will help you assess your pet’s quality of life and walk you through the end of life process. Please note Dr. Au will be unable to prescribe medications or provide specific treatment recommendations. Your pet’s veterinarian, who knows your pet’s medical history and has performed a physical exam, would need to do so.

*A phone consultation is not required to make an appointment.

Additional fees will apply for pets over 60 pounds, after-hours appointments, emergencies, holidays, and extended travel time or distance.  An estimate will be provided.
